Patricia Schaffarczyk

Biographical Information

Patricia Wipfli-Schaffarczyk was born and raised in Irvington area and developed an interest in local history after retirement from the Fremont Unified School District as a teacher and administrator.  She has volunteered as Collections Manager for the Washington Township Museum of Local History since 2003. Patricia co-authored with Philip Holmes, the Arcadia Book, Images of America:  Warm Springs, Fremont, California.  She likes to talk with and interview people of the local area to find out about their personal stories of discovery and change. 

The Washington Township Museum of Local History mission is to preserve Southern Alameda County memories, documents, artifacts, and structures from the past and to share them with present and future generations.
