Mission San Jose guarantees 100% satisfaction on anything you online or in-store purchase. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of purchase. We stand behind our products. We will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange.

Shipping Information

U.S. Ground Shipping costs: When ordering by mail remember there is no guarantee that your desired product will still be available by the time your payment arrives. Unless otherwise noted, shipping and handling costs are included in the product cost.

Shipments to Canada, Mexico and other international destinations: Freight charges to Canada, Mexico and other international destinations will be added once the order has been confirmed. Mission San Jose will notify customer of approximate shipping costs and international customer can decide whether to proceed with the purchase. Note that any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
